    Stinky smells - clogged vent

    Started getting some stinky smells under the bathroom sink in our 310, so I checked the AAV. It looked fine, so I took the cap off the vent stack on the roof, and this is what I found in the pic. It looks like one of the hole saw pieces from the ceiling or something. It was laying flat, until I knocked it vertical. Will have to get a grabber or something tomorrow to retrieve it!

    Good catch. You could make a double hook type with an old metal coat hanger tied to a rope.
