Some of the reasons we picked the 310.

    Pros

    1. At the time we purchased it was the only unit that was at a length to have space inside but not to big that we can fit in most state parks.
    2. My wife likes the sink bowl and we both like the size of the shower.
    3. We like the windows on the side at top of bed. It makes the room feel bigger. Also with the bed in slide we like the space at the foot of bed for our dog to lay.
    4. We were able to put in a stack able washer and dryer instead of a combo or have to put them separately in the closet.
    5. We like the big windows in living area because we like to look out at the scenery.
    6. Also at the time it seemed to be the only unit that also had a window above the stove and behind the TV which again makes it seem brighter and bigger.
    7. We like the heating vents in the cabinets instead of in the floor.
    8. Tank sizes was also a big plus.

    Cons

    1. The real only negative that we didn't like was sitting at the dinette is a little tight.

Echo all the above. We took possession of our January 2020 310GK this week. Have only spent two nights in it thus far and it is a dream.

Towed as though it wasn’t there. Our Companion hitch is in the lowest setting and we had plenty of clearance and level. The MORryde pin box is impressive. Smooth!

The additional 5 inches of width is sweet. One wouldn’t think it’d be so noticeable but it is!

NO CARPET in dining slide!!! Love it! I am a bit concerned about how the outside corners of flooring will do over time.

USB ports at each end of the sofa, in the recliners, and each side of bed (although not at side table). Wish they were at coffee hitch as well.

Don’t like the location of electrical outlets on the island under the sink. Wish they were at the ends.

    Love the no pedestal table.

Dresser drawers are a bit short.

Bedroom closet so large our border collie sleeps in it.

Electrical reel for power cord will be nice.

Love the kitchen and bathroom faucets. The shower head is adjustable up and down as well as tilt.

The auxiliary heat from fireplace is really nice.

The Furrion stove has performed well. Haven’t used oven yet but all elements burn at the same time.

Do not like the MORryde steps. Maybe we’ll adjust. But having to adjust the legs is a pain. They are narrow and our dog ramp takes up the entire width. Makes it hard for the human to get in/out. I suspect we’ll have additional gripes about them as we move along.

BEST OF ALL the portable satellite (King Quest) worked! No more running cables through slide or window!!

This was quite an upgrade for us. We’d been in our Keystone Cougar for 8 years and it served us well. We ordered on December 2 and it arrived at Cookeville RV Tennessee on January 23rd. PDI went well. Our two day shake down has two items of concern. The cabinet doors rub against the facing. The TV needs to be raised on its mount. From the recliners the remote cannot reach its target because the TVs target is below the wood cabinet.

I’m sure other concerns will materialize. I’ll keep you posted.

We took our 310GK-R on January 15. It is a 2020 , has the java or coffee decor it is so pretty. We had a Montana 3811 MS, we were so restricted from lot of state parks and COE camp grounds because of the size. We just wanted a little smaller. We are extended say and the 310 is perfect for us
