Adding a New Subsection to Technical Issues Category?
Question, do you think it would help and enhance our Forum to add a subsection to the Technical Issues Category along the lines of Maneuvering Safely or Turning/Steering /Stopping. This would be a place were new or experienced owners could specifically discuss Tail Swing, 3 Point Turns, Off Tacking, Piviot Point, stopping distance, following distance, panic stops, mirror adjustment and so on. On "How To" or "How To Avoid". I know there are a lot of videos out there that show some of these issues but not a lot of them tell you what to do about it and none never really provide a place to ask questions, someone may even be confused after watching a video.
It comes up a lot on the forum in different places. Just thought maybe a central collection point on the forum for these discussions would be helpful instead of someone trying to search the whole forum to find discussions. I see a lot of new members that have never had an RV before then go out and buy a 40 footer. Then too I have had a lot of different tow behind vehicles over the years, but I never stop learning. An experienced driver can also find themselves in a tight situation just like a novice driver can.

Thats not a bad idea, would a better spot be right under the "new to RVing" in the GD Owners community? Everyone new and experienced can always learn new things about towing and towing safely.
We'll have to see what the community thinks and of course Andy and Janets opinion too.Marcy & Gary

Concur with placing it under "New to Rv'ing" Maybe a subsection titled "New to towing" or "Driving/Towing Concerns".
