I have the dealer change my oil. 3 gallons of oil, filter and tire rotation for $100 bucks.

Buy fuel filters online as others suggested. Keep an extra just in case you get a load of crappy fuel somewhere. It took less than 30 minutes to change both fuel filters.

That's not a bad price for an oil change. I just bought a 2.5 gallon jug of Shell Rotella T5 15/w40 for the old Ram (2002 5.9L CTD 2500 11 qts, 86k miles) and it was $45 at Wally World. Add in the oil filter cost, rotating the tires, disposal and labor, $100 is good. Our new Ram (2018 6.7L CTD 12 qts) the oil change interval closely tracks the fuel filter interval (monitor useful life) so I do them both at the same time.
Our fulltiming is fast approaching with our new Ram, so I will not be able to do it myself anymore at a campground, but at around 15 -20k mile internals, I guess its not so bad. Our Son takes ownership of our old 2002 Dodge Ram tomorrow, so good by to an old truck friend.

I believe the 2019 and on diesels now require synthetic which will increase the price at the dealer. I like getting my tires rotated at the same time. That is always cumbersome to do at home.
Having been a fix it guy, I try to now remember “ gotta pay to play” now.
