367BHS vs 311BHS - Owners Thoughts

Well we have shifted gears. The 28BH is the 31MB are our top 2.
Comes down to price.

Speaking of price they want 55k MSRP for the 28 and 61k for the 31

They said they could probably come of 3-5,000.00

I think that’s too much for them.

Thoughts?

I was really hoping for 30% off given the end of the year 15,000-19,000 off

Not a chance I guess

Also I have been reading the quality of the GD product has been in decline since Winnebago took over. Anyone seeing this trend?

You don't know if you don't try. I just got a 31mb for $41. Way more than I wanted to spend. But after looking around I think it's about what they're going for.

What are the options yours is equipped with?

The only thing I really need is the dual ACs and the larger fridge option.

The best I have found is 48-49,000

Unfortunately I don't think anything bigger than the 8cuft fridge is offered in the 31MB. As far as the second AC, I know it's an option, but the ultimate power package, which is mandatory. Includes the prewireing for the AC. So I assume you could just drop it in yourself. Or have a shop do it after the fact. Might be a little cheaper???
