First Problem...
Hi Folks!
My wife and I just purchased a 2022 23LDE and have been loading it up preparing for a first weekend out. On each of the doors, there are 2 locks. Apparently I have done something because when we returned this afternoon, I am open the doors after unlocking. I am baffled. We have not owned an RV in 20 years. To say that this is disheartening sums it up.
Thanks for any insights. I can't locate anything in the manuals.

Do you mean you cant open the doors after unlocking?
One key hole is for the deadbolt, and the other is for the handle itself. We only use the deadbolt key hole.

As @FT4NOW does, we only use the deadbolt as well (in fact, we've replaced the OEM entry handle and lock with a keyless lock). I once had the tumbler for the handle lock bite the dust and had to pry it out with a large screwdriver in order to open the door.

Can you feel some sort of resistance when turning the key? The upper a little to the left key hole locks the handle the lower and a little to the right operates the dead bolt. That's the only one you should use so that you don't accidentally lock yourself out when the keys are left inside.
Turn both key holes clockwise and see. A failure can happen but the chances of a failure on both doors at the same time seems pretty low.Steph & Lise

For peace of mind I bought an extra key and keep it in the truck.

Thank you everyone. Problem has been resolved. I had locked all locks, unaware of what each one did. With your post, I understood what and where I needed to try first. Just goes to show that the best method is to know how things work first before locking yourself out of your trailer!
Thanks again,
David
