I finished the installation of Timbren's on my old 2005 F250. Actually, this was the second set I installed. The first set I ordered only allowed 1/2" clearance above the stop. I called Timbren and they agreed that my springs probably had flattened due to the age and mileage of the truck. Had it been a new truck, the first set probably would have had 3/4" more clearance. The person I spoke with said they see this all the time and he sent me a shorter set which I installed today and ended up with about 1 and a quarter inch of clearance which is what Timbren recommended. If anyone faces any problems installing their set of Timbren's, don't hesitate to call them, great company to work with.

Well, today we took it out for a little road trip. We felt we should hook up the rig and make sure the truck still can tow OK (since the hit and run damage was repaired). It did fine.

I gave mine a longing look as it sits in the garage awaiting my retirement and TT purchase.

I recovered many lost papers from in front of the area of the center console. Then I applied a fix so I wouldn't loose anymore papers up under that sliding door area.

First I had to disassemble the center portion of the dash. Luckily I had done this before for some other things I did.

After retrieving the papers, post cards, business cards, etc., I stuck on a piece of foam rubber insulation to prevent anything else from sliding forward and under the dash.

Nice, now all you need to do is cut and package foam pieces and put them on ebay as "Ford Superduty Console front gap filler" for $19.99 each.
