Mine did the same, I was lucky enough that my father in law had the same water heater so I could swap parts to troubleshoot. Mine wound up being the board, which I replaced with a Dinosaur instead of another Atwood one.

Few things to check, do you hear it trying to light when you switch it on? If so you can pull the igniter and try to clean it, or light it manually and see if it stays lit. I was able to light mine with a lighter when I flipped the switch on, but it would not stay lit, so I knew the gas valve was good. Something in the board that sensed that it was lit failed.2018 Reflection 28BH
