    furion tv black

Janice and anyone who has/may have the answer/a suggestion--just got our 303 back today after more than 3 weeks in for warranty work before we put indoors for winter storage tomorrow. Now TV does not work. The red off light turns to green from red using the remote or the on/off bottom on the TV itself but the screen remains black just like the TV is off. I read the GD manual and Furion manual but nothing in either document to help diagnoss and correct.

What next ?.......is the TV now bad and if so what do you (Janice/GD) need for me to do ? The RV goes into storage tomorrow and warranty expires in January.

    Thanks,

    Dan

We had the same problem on the last night of a trip. First the TV started to fade then went black. I could not find any useful information anywhere. Spoke with GD customer service and was given a choice of a new Furion or a different mfgr. We chose the latter and where sent a check equal to what we paid.

I emailed to Dean Brovont at Grand Design last evening and he responded already this AM to do the same.......go buy a TV and they will reimburse me up to a limit (very reasonable), once I send the Furrion to Grand Design along with receipt for new TV.

Talk about first class service !.........Grand Design does it again, and again, and again and I remain an extremely satisfied product owner and customer service fan !
