How to check/Fix USB ports in trailer

    Hi!

The USB ports in our Imagine 2800bh do not seem to be working. This includes BOTH the ports on the dining room bench back and the ones in the bedroom. Has anyone ever had this problem or knows how to fix it? Thanks.

Are they 12v or 120v? Have you checked all fuses and breakers? Also, have you tried using a different USB cord to ensure that it isnt your cord that is faulty? Do you notice anything else that isnt working, maybe it's all on the same circuit?

If they are like mine, they are 12 volt and run off the battery. If your battery disconnect is not in the off position then it could be a fuse in the panel. Other than that, I got nuttin'.

Thanks so much for your reply. The cord is working in the car USB port and the fuses are fine. They aren’t working when on regular electric or the battery. The plot thickens...guess we’ll take it to the dealer. It just seems like such a small thing to drive all the way there for. Thanks for the suggestions!

I had one that didn't work. Unscrewed it from the wall and the wire to the 12v supply line had pulled out of the crimp connector. I cut off the old connector and replaced it. It ha worked since.

We had the same problem and same fix as rsinko. The wires to the USB port are very fine and are not really compatible with wire nuts.
