If you list your planned outbound trip, now that you have several suggestions, we will be able to figure out what you missed and give you suggestions for the return.

Well, if you are going to be in Gettysburg you are going to see some sights and hear some stories that will astound you. Start at the visitor’s center. We were able to rent a tape from our campground (KOA Gettysburg) that narrated a tour of the battlefields. There are also guided tours available. The battlefield tour is a full day.

Hershey PA is not far from there and has some interesting things to see with the Hershey chocolate factory. Also from there it is not far to DC and there are enough things to do there to keep you on your feet for a week. I highly recommend everyone do a tour of DC in their lifetime, it is just a wonderful experience.

I have seen Gettysburg and DC before but thought Gettysburg worth another visit, I spent a week in DC years ago.
