temporarily storing(5 days) while on cruise(miami area)
I booked a cruise in mid February and thought we'd incorporate a trailer trip around it. We are wondering if anyone has placed their trailer in short term storage somewhere around Miami.
Also will batteries/propane last for keeping fridge going while we're gone.
Thanks

You might want to get on the phone now and start calling every place you can think of and find. Leaving it on site at a CG would be the best option , Mid Feb is the middle of snowbird season and may be hard to find a storage spot and a CG that isn't already booked up if you want to stay within 20 miles of the coast.
The propane will last but doubtful the battery will, a small bank of 3 might. There are quite a few phantom draws on the battery while the trailer just sits. I'd plan meals carefully and leave the fridge off for those 5 days if it isn't plugged inLast edited by WhittleBurner; 09-01-2019 at 06:44 AM.

Take a look at Markham Park in Broward county. About a one hour drive to the Miami cruise port but the park is secure, in a good area, and with full hookups.
Too windy?
