Time to Upgrade

I tow a 303 with a 6.4l hemi with 3.73 and it's perfect for me. We only tow about 3000 miles a year and I drive the truck to work everyday. I've owned 3 Dodge cummins before and I don't miss the diesel at all. The only steep grades I encounter is Monteagle mountain when we go to Ga and I have no trouble. If I was towing over 12k lbs or 10k miles a year I'd stayed with a diesel, but I dont. Nothing wrong with either, get what works best for you.
