    Direct TV Connections

Just purchased a new 323 bhs today. I see there are 4 cable inputs for each area of the camper.
If I have a dish that will allow 4 separate cables to be connected and a Direct box for each
Area do I just connect the 4 cables from the dish to the 4 inputs to allow each area to
Receive a separate signal or do I need to have the dealer modify anything before we
    Take delivery ?

ID:	1071. There are 4 connections in the utility center. One for cable, and one each for living room, bedroom, and pass through storage satellite connections. There is a cable and sat connection at each TV location. Make sure you are connected to the right signal. We have a Dish 2 room sat receiver. It uses a single cable in through a diplexer splitter to the living room connection. It hooks to a triplexer splitter between the receiver and living room connection Lin the living room which splits the TV 1 and 2 signals and sends it back to the utility center on a different channel and the diplexer splits it to the bedroom and pass through TVs. Sounds complicated, but works good!

Thanks for your reply. I think the difference we may have is our satellite dish is set up to allow for 4 separate cable connections at the dish that gives us the ability to see different channels on each TV with a direct box at each. I'm Hoping that connecting each for the 4 cables to the appropriate inputs will allow us to have ability to receive separate channels on each location but I may be wrong.

I'm not sure about Direct TV, but Dish you can run 2 channels on one cable. The signal comes back to the second room on a different channel. Tv1 is on 3, and TV 2 is on 73. If I wanted 4 channels I would need another receiver and hook a second cable to the lmb. The 2 room is great for the fifth wheel because of the simple installation pictured. I only unhook 1 cable every time and leave the rest alone! It should work for you to hook a cable to each sat connection in the utility center individually and each have their own receiver.

I was able to connect each if the four cables from my dish to each cable input in the
utility center. Got a signal Using separate direct boxes in each area which was what
I was looking for. The hook-up was simple.

Is there a way to Hook a Satellite cable (Coaxial) on roof to the HD Antenna to get it to work on living room outlet or ALL? I have a PA2000R Pathway X1 Portable roof mount. I want to only have a connection to the Entertainment system in the Living area. I am trying to set it up this way so so I don't have to climb up on the roof and sling a cable over the side to hook it up. As you can see, I am Clueless. Any Help is help I don't have at the moment.

    Nope. Won't work.

You can't split a satellite signal before the receiver. That is why there are multiple inputs in the hook up center. They go directly to each output.

Your antennae coax will be split several times along the route. The biggest obstacle would be the booster....

    Hi @JamesSacks,

@Hunter70 is correct. Satellite connects need to be made at the utility center where you have direct feed RG-6 cabling.
