Not sure how you are checking it, but I just had an extremely slow leak in a car tire. The only way I found it was to submerge the tire in a large tub. With a leak as fast as yours, you should be able almost hear it !

Sometimes the valve will come loose inside the valve stem. There is a tool you can purchase that will allow you to tighten that valve back in place (the valves are replaceable). Click image for larger version.

Both suggestions sound like they could help. I had a slower leak that would loose 20 PSI over 6 weeks. Used a solution of 50/50 water/dish soap and took a couple of minutes to find that the TPMS sensor was leaking at the valve stem connection. Little bubbles are your friend here. Like gordofuchs said at 40 PSI overnight you would almost hear it. Maybe the valve like FT4NOW was suggesting. I think the water/soap solution would find that too.

joebob, we have had several tires go flat from the valve going bad like mentioned above. I'd give extra attention to the new stem you had installed, maybe it's a leaker.
We keep a tire kit on hand and keep it stocked with extra valves.

If you have a discount tire shop by you take it there. They will find it, also if its a whole they patch it for free. Even if you didn't buy the tire from them. Just had our car tire fixed last week.
The valve / submerging the tire should also find it, done that before. good luck

Neighbor just had a small hole by the sidewall it would only lose pressure when the hole was at the bottom. Because it was so close to the side wall it had to be replaced.
