Very thorough primary care, the audiologist and eye care are very good at what they do, no long waits for appointments, and every one at the local VA Medical center have been pleasant and friendly as though they truly enjoy what they are doing for us.

The only problem I have had is with the automated online prescription refill through the My healthy VA web site, it will often send your refill request into limbo someplace near Timbuktu, I gave up using that and now just call for refills.
