A tool would be nice...the thin shade instructions say to remove the philips screws holding the to halves together, but there are no screws. I have installed these before, but they had screws.
So what is the secret to removing the factory window?
After more searching, I found that my inside frame has 4 slots, 2 on top, 2 on bottom. Is this related to the popsicle stick method I've vaguely read about?Last edited by Grandesigner; 05-01-2021 at 12:56 PM.

Nevermind, figured it out. There are many little slots along the edge that I used my automotive trim tools to wedge in and finally get the inside frame off.
