    Playing DVDs

Have a Solitude 305 RE trying to play DVD through the supplied player can get sound from DVD player but no picture. The only input cable to the TV appears to be the antenna/cable coax ? Any help?

Did you check the source on the TV? Sound will play thru the system with out the pic. I think it's HDMI 1.

Thanks for your reply, I'm assuming if its HDMI 1 you have a cable from the TV to the DVD? only cable to tv on my rig is coax from
    antenna/cable.

I ran the HDMI up to the cabinet next to the Furion. This is on a Reflection 303.

We run HDMI (from laptop) directly to back of TV.
Sound comes from TV headphone output through an adapter cord from 1/8" headphone plug to left and right RCA audio connections to Furrion unit (all wiring except HDMI came with trailer)
Sound is a little difficult to modulate. We have to keep the Furrion sound output low and use TV volume control or background hum becomes very noticeable.
To use DVD player in Furrion unit, there is another composite video output cable from Furrion into appropriate input on back of TV. When received, this cable was not plugged into the right input on the back of the TV.

The Furrion unit comes out easily to find (the mess of) wires in behind. Trace the red and white audio inputs back towards the TV to find the 1/8" audio connection to the TV.

To get at the back of the TV, it lifts straight up about 1" and then straight out towards you. It is mounted on four keyhole slots.

    Hope this helps

geowr65, I do have HDMI which runs from someplace...it goes back behind the wall and to the DVD/Radio system. There was a Magnavox TV installed in my camper, however an electrical storm got it. Now we have a Sony and it too uses the same setup....HDMI. We actually have another HDMI cord that we connected to our TV from our Directv box.
