Kodas new wheels

Koda has become an old dog at creeping toward 14 yrs old. Along with arthritis he has been diagnosed with a degenerative nerve condition and is starting to fall down on his butt or side occasionally. A month ago we got him a wheel chair so he can still enjoy going on longer walks with us.
We got it just before the Indiana rally and that is where he had his first assisted walk. He's finally got the hang of using it and knows it helps him walk faster and longer than he could otherwise. As he looses function in one or both rear legs he will have the strength built up to still walk along with his legs suspended.

This wheel chair is the best thing to help keep him going, if any of you with older dogs have given anything like this some thought go for it.
The wheelchair has given him the ability to enjoy long walks again. He's back to wanting to go faster and faster!
