2015 Solitude 379Fl safe tire size upgrade

The RIMs on my 379FL are stamped on the inside of the rim 3960 max and max 110 PSI I have measured the rim width to be 6.5 inches i beleave this is correct.
Can I (at my own expense) SAFELY upgrade to a 235 85r 16 tire. The tire diameter currently is 30.8 (i beleave)and the new tire would be 31.7 diameter with a max load of 3750 and a max of 110 PSI. would this tire safely fit on my new 379FL. Thank you for your time. PS.. does anyone have a phone # for Mr bill French so I may contact him for advice.

    Yes, you are safe.

One of the options now on all Solitudes is the upgrade to the Goodyear G614 tire in that size.

thanks for comments. Will feel safer with Goodyears under the rig. Just to many negative comments about Chinese tires/recalls/damaged to rigs etc. I've spent hours reviewing other forums. Yes I understand most trailer tires are one form of asian made tires or another. For us this is our retirement Rv our last go so just trying to avoid some possible problems a long the way.

It is a factory installed option.

You would have to call your dealer to see if they will do an upgrade, since you are already scheduled for delivery.
