2250RK Hot Water temp user adjustable?
2 week old unit. my water is hot enough in temp and quantity to complete a shower but only if i keep the cold knob is kept in the off position which seems quite odd. the kitchen sink water is much hotter. is the hwh temp user adjustable? can’t seem to find the answer elsewhere. any/all help appreciated.

I would check to see if the hot water tank is set on the bypass mode. If so the water will be warm but not hot.
The hot water tank is very close to the kitchen sink so that would be why that water is warmer even in the bypass mode setting

thanks cman, after leaving my post i rechecked my owners manual and compared the pics
of what you are mentioning and sure enough the center valve was open. closed it and it appears
to have solved the problem. i’ll recheck in the morning to verify.
thanks again.

Also make sure that the outside shower (if you have one) was not left on at the faucet knobs with the sprayer button shutting off the sprayer. This will cause a similar bypass situation.

To answer the rest of your question, no the temperature of the water heater is not adjustable.
