    Tank heater

We have a 2014 Solitude 368RD. Question is, what tanks does the tank heater heat? Say that three times![emoji57] Anyway, any help is appreciated. Thanks

Thank you! If no water in fresh, will it damage it?

I would put 5 or 10 gallons in the tank and make sure there is some liquid in the others as well.

If you are traveling or camping in cold weather you can keep the tank heaters on. The heaters are a pad type and are thermostat controlled to kick on at a low temperature set point. I believe the tank heaters only heat to in the 40ish deg F range and they turn off once the temperature reaches that upper limit. It is important to be pro-active in turning them on before temps stay below 37-38 deg F. That is my trigger to turn them on because if I was the controls guy programming the behavior logic, I would turn the heaters on at 35-36 to start the warming process. You should not have any issues if the tanks are empty and your tank heaters are on - if working properly they should regulate themselves.

    that that that

    Sorry, just had to....

It's my understanding that the tank heaters produce about 40f heat, it's enough to prevent freezing, but not enough to damage. Tank heaters are not very aggressive. But my advice would be to call GD product support, your dealer, or some other expert to confirm this.
