2250RK Theater seats vrs Theater Dinette

I don’t recall having an option/choice between Theater Seats and Theater Dinette. 1) I need to verify/ascertain; does the Theater Seat version open like a jackknife sofa and sleep 2? Am I reading that correctly?

2) I have the Theater Dinette version and would like to know if anyone knows the procedure, if possible, to order the Theater Seating version (at my cost) and I should be able to install it myself. I suspect that I could call the dealership to ask this but someone here may already have some experience with this situation.
All advice/tips appreciated.

Not as far as I know.

I haven't seen that option anywhere on Grand Design product.

Theater seats are recliners, theater seat dinette is the same, with the bracket and table to make it a dinette.

Neither one is a jack knife sofa sleeper.

Ok, thanks, that clears that up. Maybe that explains why some sources show this model as sleeping “3”, 2 in the bed and 1 on the couch, if necessary.

I think they consider the booth dinette option as the extra sleeping area in the 2250.

My older children can sleep in recliners, so they could technically be considered beds also...LOL
