got to go on first snowbird trip this week. Rolled into vegas tonight and found that bedroom slide would not go out, fridge is warm, and water valve selector will not allow for city connection but only water fill so now on pump with full tank. Will call grand design in morning. Not a very happy camper right now in our new 379FL.

One question, did you not have a PDI inspection and check your unit out on delivery. I always check my trailer out before a trip as not to be surprised on trip. Things happen but you will be surprised at what you can catch and fix before a trip. Especially a new out of box RV.

It's hard to know how to offer encouragement at this point because things aren't working. But I will tell you that you won't feel alone in this once you talk to Customer support. They have an amazing track record and you will be supported. Sorry for your problems and hope you will soon be enjoying your Grand Design sans flaws. Ken-Suzi
