    Outdoor Radio Control

    I noticed that the manual for the radio showed a plug for a wired remote. So after some shopping on eBay this is the end result. I mounted it inside the storage compartment, I could not bring myself to cut a hole in the side of my brand new toy hauler. It works awesome no more going in to adjust volume or change stations.

    Rockford Fosgate RFX-MR6 Waterproof Radio Control from eBay for $29

    Rockford Fosgate has several different radio controls on their web-site that should work. The owners manual that came with the radio had two different ones listed in it. I got this one because it was the cheapest one on eBay. It is waterproof and I wanted to put it on the out side of the 5th wheel but could not bring myself to drill a hole in the side of a $70,000 rig.
