I have found the Service Dept at Beckley's to be more impressive than the Sales Dept (not that I had a bad experience.)
My only complaint about Service, is that they have a looong lead time for appointments.

Good Luck with your 303. Awesome rig! Just wondering did you go with Dual pane windows? We have them on our 303 and love them. No more condensation on the interior windows! Plus it's a lot quieter inside! Holds the heat and cold air from the air conditioner better too! Grand Design Customer Service has been awesome to us. I have been dealing with Dean Brovont in customer service. Happy traveling!

I'm glad to hear your comments about the dual pane windows. That's the main reason we ordered vs. buying off the lot. I've read other posts and forums where people commented that they would never go back to single pane for all the same reasons you mentioned. We figured ordering is the time to get them. Not something you can add later very easily.
