New members and soon to be new owners of a Reflection 303RLS

After many years in our current 5th wheel which we bought used from a family member, we are proud to have ordered a NEW Reflection 303RLS today. Over the years I've searched high and low and climbed over and through numerous RVs looking for one that met my needs or at least most of them. When we thought we had our mind made up our salesman said "Have you seen the Reflection....?" The wife fell in love and the husband had to start researching all over again. Many thanks to this forum and the positive comments from current owners as well as the involvement of Grand Design management right on this forum. All of this weighed in on our decision.

Congratulations you two! Enjoy that new FW. Did they give you a time frame on delivery? I ordered mine on February 6th this year, and we received delivery in late March.

Likely 6 - 8 weeks with the holidays. The order hasn't even hit Grand Design yet, just the dealer.

Good Luck with your 303. Awesome rig! Just wondering did you go with Dual pane windows? We have them on our 303 and love them. No more condensation on the interior windows! Plus it's a lot quieter inside! Holds the heat and cold air from the air conditioner better too! Grand Design Customer Service has been awesome to us. I have been dealing with Dean Brovont in customer service. Happy traveling!

I'm glad to hear your comments about the dual pane windows. That's the main reason we ordered vs. buying off the lot. I've read other posts and forums where people commented that they would never go back to single pane for all the same reasons you mentioned. We figured ordering is the time to get them. Not something you can add later very easily.

I have found the Service Dept at Beckley's to be more impressive than the Sales Dept (not that I had a bad experience.)
My only complaint about Service, is that they have a looong lead time for appointments.
