Ditto on the baskets, Rubber Maid and others have metal organizing selves of all types to pick and choose from. Tension rods are great too for the fridge and pantry. We cut down a divided wine case to store our ceramic mugs (partitions inside the box). The kitchen sink is a great place to keep the soap and wet stuff. Watch garage sales too for perfect storage tins, boxes, etc.
    Hope this helps.

BTW - welcome to this form.

So you know there are many other RV forms to get additional information and don't forget Grand Design has great customer service and information available. A lot of the best information comes from other campers you meet.
    Hope this helps

If I may ask - where in Colorado are you. Lots of folks here from Colorado.

Thanks for the info/reply. We're in Colorado Springs, received about 5 inches of snow last night, and we're off to Colorado City tomorrow with the new camper to test everything.

My wife did the same thing. Just about every cabinet and shelf in our 2670MK has a basket in it. This summer I started using a tension rod to keep the mini fridge door in my outside kitchen. Seemed like every time we stopped and I opened the side door to the outdoor kitchen my beer would come tumbling out.

Enjoy the snow. I am in Durango so if you come this way give me a shout.

BlueSkiesColorado: we keep a roll of bubble wrap in storage and just layer on top and in front of items in shelving and fridge. Rarely have any issues at all! Welcome to some fun times!

This subject has come up often enough I finally got around to taking a picture of the book bins we use to organize most of our kitchen shelves. Higher in the back and lower in the front for easy grasping, interlocking for stability, colorful.

Compared to ours, your pantry looks really bare. Are y'all eating OK? Do you need some food assistance?

LOL, we eat exceedingly well. To the point where I will start my new 60 day diet and exercise program on Nov 1.

And as Paul Harvey used to say; And now...the rest of the storage.

haha, the scotch is in the hutch and much larger than the bottle you see in the pantry. That bottle is real maple syrup from NH. We like our pancakes and have emptied it a few times, but it still has 100% pure maple syrup in it. It's a really cool bottle. Once you go 100% maple you find nothing more fabulous.
