    New Lite Weight Here

    Hi everyone!

Bought our Reflection 27 in late September and had just enough time to enjoy it while running under the 20 day temp plates before dry storing it for the winter. We will register it in April and start our 2015 season then. In the meantime we are buying all the accessories, planning our trips, reading CG reviews and making reservations. Having fun but cannot wait for spring!

Welcome Rick and Robin! Have you had a chance to see the December issue of Trailer Life magazine? They feature the 27RL in the issue. Happy trails.

Jim and Ginnie - Went looking per your mention and found a digital image of the cover. Now we have to get a copy. Thanks for the info.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Congrats on the new rig, at least you were able to take it out before you put it to bed for the winter.

Are the 2 cabinets behind the TV big enough to use as a Pantry?

The cabinets sure are large enough (deep). With a little ingenuity you could make a pantry out of them. We decided to use it as storage for larger items that are not used on a daily basis.

I am currently trying to figure out how to design a large pull out pantry drawer with at least 2, hopefully 3 shelves that fits in the top storage unit. The bottom of the unit will easily clear the top of the table and chairs. It would make a dandy pantry with access to the very back items when pulled out.

Saw on another forum an idea to insert peg board custom cut to the two cabinet sides. Then use metal pegboard shelf supports (sold cheaply on amazon). Insert two or three custom cut boards for the shelves. The force of the shelves against the pegboards provides the security to keep them from moving around. Add sliding trays to the shelves from Lowes if desired.
