    Imagine XLS 22RBE Water Frozen

We got stuck in CO due to inclement weather and now we don’t have running water. The outside spigot runs and our heated hose is fine (we tested both). It is finally over 32f outside, and we’ve got the heater set to 75 inside to try to thaw out. We also have the faucets open to let cold water through in hopes that something will melt, and then the running water will continue to help thaw. (No water flow yet)

We’ve tried switching between tank fill and city water with no luck; we are currently set to city water.

My question is twofold: how do we go about troubleshooting WHERE the freeze actually is? We know something is frozen inside the trailer, but we’re new to this and don’t know how to troubleshoot.

Once we’ve diagnosed where the problem is, what’s the best way to safely thaw it out?

    Thanks,
    Kyanne

If you have your furnace running, open all your cabinets and drawers around the sink areas to allow heat into the pipes.
