Water Heater issue ,winterizing
Hi ,Have 2017 Imagine 2600RB ,had water heater issue last winter drained water heater, did bypass as per manual ,still froze water heater tank ...👎had no warranty by water heater manufacture, extended warranty helped out ,ended up putting bleed fitting in top fitting of water heater.problem solved had air lock ...👍🐴 water heater now drains properly with air bleed open bypass for winter done ,multiple trailer problem.👎

I don't understand how it could freeze if you said you drained it. I leave the water heater plug out over the winter to ensure any leftover water seeps out. I also leave all the faucets open to help with airflow.

Did you actually remove the plug / anode rod to drain the tank?

Cracking T&P valve works good for letting air into the water heater to allow water to drain. I also leave the tank drain open over the winter.
