Greystone Fireplace - Any more trouble shooting I can do?

My electric fireplace has stopped working. (I believe it is the Greystone.)
Checked circuit breakers - OK. Checked remote control - OK. Pulled the unit from the cabinet and checked the outlet - OK.
Plugged it into an outlet I know is working - Still Nothing. I have also tried the controls on the face of the unit.
Is there any additional trouble shooting I can do myself or am I going to have to take it in to the dealer?
    Thanks in advance.

If you didn't find a manual, here it is...

The trouble-shooting section also mentions a high temperature sensor that may have tripped but it should reset itself once it's cooled.

Thanks Dave. I had the manual. Didn't find anything else to check.
Dealer told me I could bring the fireplace only in and they would
check it. I just thought if GD considered it unrepairable, I might save myself even that trip.

I would call GD customer service. My microwave died this summer. They sent me a new and I installed it. They had me mail back 6 inches of the end of the cord and serial # label inside of microwave so they could get reimbursed.

    Hi Ken & Wilma (@Lingerlonger),

Our suggestion is to make a service appointment with your dealer to inspect both your RV, and fireplace (not just the fireplace). That way, you won't need to make a second appointment to bring your RV in for inspection/review if the dealer tech cannot duplicate your issue in their shop by just bench testing the fireplace.

    Best regards,
    ~ Janice

Just to close out this thread:

I took the fireplace to my dealer. GDRV replaced it with a new one.
I picked it up last week and reinstalled it today.
    Life is good.
