    New pin box / hitch plate on 2020 Solitudes

    Why the change in new Solitude Pin Box and hitch plate has blue cushions never seen this before what’s the reason?

    They switched to a MorRyde pinbox and center point suspension.

    Blue is just a "Morryde thing".

    Thanks looking at 2020 310GK ones that are coming in now have MoRyde pin box not familiar with center point suspension you learn more from these Forum’s seems like most salespeople know very little about the products they’re selling.

    Yes. The RotoFlex only dampens fore-and-aft motion and does not keep the pin plate horizontal nor the pin vertical while doing it (basically on a rotation pin). The MORryde pin box dampens in both directions and keeps the pin vertical and the plate horizontal. Much better in my opinion. The MORryde CRE3000 suspension is more robust and is better designed that the EquaFlex predicessor.

    I would agree. I have not been happy with the rotoflex on my 2018. My rubber dampener slides out on almost every trip more than a couple hundred miles. Waiting on a replacement as I type.
