Thomas Payne Jack Knife Sleeper Sofa not level

We recently picked up a new 2020 Reflection 315RLTS with the 2019 Thomas Payne jack knife sleeper sofa. When pulled out the bed is extremely uncomfortable and not level. The middle section is about 2" below the foot section. Additionally the foot section is higher than the rest of the bed so the head is lower than the feet. Is this normal or should I call a warranty repair? It looks like that middle section may be attached too low. Any comments are appreciated.

It's normal. If you do a search you will find many posts on ways people have fixed the problem. Our fix for the problem is, don't invite people to sleep over.

    It is a normal thing.

You can adjust the legs that rest on the floor on the roll out part if you need to.
