Not Likely they require 24V and no two speed fan.

He's talking about the app-controlled thermostats for residential use, here. RV thermostats require 12 volts for control power and are designed to signal the two-speed fans in RV air conditioners. You would have to find something designed specifically for your brand of RV air conditioner(s).

Check your thermostat to make sure you have wiring and not a phone cable. This will let you know if you can upgrade or not. No residential thermostat can use a phone cable. There can also be issues if you have a heat pump vs furnace or heat pump and furnace. The safest bet is to contact your manufacturer to find out if you can upgrade the thermostat.

You can find YouTube guides for 24v installs if you would like a Nest etc... You do have to install a C wire to an outlet to give the thermostat enough power. This simple setup won’t work if the shore power is off.

The other issue is fan speed, which can be installed as a separate SPST switch. There aren’t any residential thermostats with variable fan speed.

You can also get a thermostat that uses batteries instead of using a C wire. While these aren’t usually WiFi, they are programmable which is a notch above the ones that usually come with an RV.

I found 2 thermostats that are from RV heating systems one from
    Dometic https://www.dometic.com/en-us/us/pro...l-kit-_-164516
    and the other is from
    Airxcel (Coleman Mach) https://www.airxcel.com/rv/coleman-m...ts/thermostats
I'm looking at the Airxcel as its a direct replacement in my 29RS
