DW and I are trying to work out some of our camping plans (the Momentum is on order!) and had a few questions about cooking:

- How effective is the built-in oven? Does anybody have a rough idea how hot it can actually get? Can it be used much like a regular oven at home, or do you have tips on what to expect - and not expect - in its capabilities? (We're completely new to RVing in general.)

- How difficult is it to get propane off the RV? Do the tanks slide out on a Momentum 380TH, or is it really hard to get to the attachments? Or do you just use a separate tank if you cook with propane? We're considering getting cooking appliances that require propane to run, and need to know what to expect in terms of limitations in where/how we'd used those appliances.
