Update: I did lube the four slides from the outside only right before we moved. Then brought the slide in to spread the love around. When we pulled the slide out at the new destination it was much quieter and smoother. Don't see a reason to try to lube from the inside at this time.
    Thanks for the feedback!

LCI recomends using CRC Power Lube because it does better on load bearing surfaces than other PTFEs.

It is true that it can be difficult indeed to lube the unit inside the trailer depending on what wall may be blocking you. I use a coat hanger to open the flap to get the nozzle into the top part of the Schwintek. I couldn't get it into the bottom one YET. I have a longer piece of tubing that I can tape to the coat hanger to get into the bottom part of the Schwintek.

I can tell you that lubing it made a huge difference. It was difficult to keep it synchronized and to get the unit to fully retract. After spraying 7 of the 8 bearing blocks, it was back to sliding like normal.

Most people seem to recommend lubing it twice a year. I would still use the recommended CRC Power Lube. I am not sure if I lube the roller tracks as some have suggested. Those guide wheels if they get crudded up will be ton$ of fun getting them replaced.
