Furrion Observation Cam - drop outs for the first 15 minutes?

Hey folks,
I'm curious if anyone else has this issue...

We've got the furrion observation cam. Works great, once it's "warmed up"? When we first start towing, it will drop out about once every 2-3 minutes for the first 15 minutes. After that it works great. Anyone else seen this behavior?

We're on our second Furrion observation camera (the monitor died on the first one). We have not had this problem with either camera - and our Reflection 337 is 36' long behind a CC LB truck. Have you contacted Furrion?

I've had mine for a year and a half, I've never experienced what you describe.
