My 2019 295RL has the wrong (3/4") floor in the kitchen and was dragging on the linoleum. The factory said it was a lighter slide and they would replace the rollers and add additional ones. It seems to have done the trick. No issues so far.

The kitchen slide ripped our 2018 floor. They replaced the floor and changed the rollers to wider ones and added an additional one.

Update on floor damage on your 337RLS. Took it in on the 8th . Did not quite understand there process the dealer has for repair work. The first visit was just so they could look at the RV and determine what caused the Floor damage. Five minutes an a few pictures taken they said the slide adjustment was off and that caused it to rip the floor. We did buy a extended warranty (witch I will never do again) Dealer got in touch with them the denied the claim because it was the fault of the slide being out of adjustment. I can understand there point. I call Grand Design told them what was going on they said to get the dealer to send all the info on it an they would review it. That took a few weeks but they said they will cover everything. Slide rollers and adjustment.and new floor. We could not be any happier. I do not think any other manufacturer would do that.

That's good. Too many dealers make you an appointment so that it can sit in the back and collect dust and rodents until they "get around to it". It might sit weeks before they see what is needed, then weeks before parts are ordered, then by that time you forgot you owned an RV, or if you know you did, where it was. You know the rest.
If you don't mind name the dealer. Ones with good service procedures need to be named and rewarded as such. Same with the "RV service and storage facility".2020 Ram Laramie 3500 DRW

The dealer is General Rv Sales Richmond Va. Just put up a brand new facility. When we first got the Reflection the slide for the bed quiet working. Called them up told them what was going on with it told them we had a trip planed in a few days. Service dept. said bring it to them and they will take care of it. Arrived at 8am was out by 2pm. Can not ask for better service than that. Very Happy with them.
