For all the bad...now something good...I was very impressed

We love our Reflection 323BHS but have had some problems with it. So far...the GD customer service has been great. This week we are camping down at Natural Bridge VA and we got hit with some snow on Wednesday. We had plans to head to the mountains that day and when we left the campground it was barely snowing. Forgot about/did not think about bringing the awning in before we left and when we got back...it had collapsed into a what looked like a twisted mess. The snow was wet and heavy and made a pocket in the canopy that eventually caused it to collapse. All I could think about was the cost to replace it. My brother and I set about getting the snow off of it and as we did, it started springing back to normal on its own. When we got all of the snow off of it...we retracted it and extended it several times to find that it was working perfectly with no damage. Neither one of us could believe it.
