Sorry I didn't see this sooner. I had the same problem. There is a fuse right next to the chimney in the panel. It is actually covered in shrink wrap which is why you wouldn't think to look. It has to be cut out and new one crimped back in. I did find some myself and it has worked great ever since. I found a post on this site which some pictures. I'll try to find it and post so that you can at least be aware.

The refrigerator in my 2021 GD Imagine XLS 17MKE went out. No power at all. Dealership determined thermal fuse bad. It took a little while for the part to arrive but that did the trick!

I had the same issue in our 2020 2500rl. I bought 5 replacement fuses on amazon cheep and soldered on bullet style connectors that the insulation sleeve could slide over. I keep an extra with me now so if it happens again it will be a 10 minute fix.
