Upload pictures
I must be completely simple.....
I have been trying to upload a couple of images to no avail. I tried both the "basic uploader" and the "attachment uploader" with negative results. I discovered that the image size has to be 1.91meg....is this correct? I've tried resizing images to this size, but they are so small you can't even see what they are...
Clearly its me.....right?

You can use an outside photo host to insert the picture. Most photo hosts have what you need to put the pic in the post by a copy/past of the location.

You should be able to attach an image directly, click "go advanced" at the bottom of the reply editor to see upload options. Regarding image size.... 1.9 megs is a huge file. My guess is that you are seeing the thumbnail version of the image after upload. The forum software displays a tiny image but if you click, it gets larger. Example attached....
The photo is 101 kb (way smaller that 1.9 megs) but the image size when viewed fully (click), is over 800 pixels wide. You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. | Dr. Seuss
