Replace/Bypass onboard audio compnents and speakers

Anyone just taken all the built in lower quality components and replace them all with higher quality? Any tips from those who may have done so?

The thing that bites most people is the lack of vehicle type audio/video systems with HDMI ports for routing audio to the speakers. There just isn’t a good, compact piece of gear that implements all of the functions the RV systems do. You generally have three independent sets of speakers and the DVD player to integrate with the TV

We just added a sound bar with wireless sub. Optical cable feed from the TV so sound thru the bar with all TV inputs. Bonus is the bar is also Bluetooth so can use it for music from your cellular device.
