Replacing westlakes

Anyone see how they are getting the wheel off the ground to change the tire? What is the preferred method to avoid screwing something up?

i seem to remember two floor jacks at each wheel location doing one wheel at a time

You want to raise the trailer by the frame and not the axle. I use 6x6 blocking stacked up to get my bottle jack & jack stand closer to the frame to raise it up. There are also combination bottle jack/jack stand units available if you want to go that route.
