    Both of my fresh water tanks have their own vent so opening both dumps is not an issue (that I have noticed).

    I own a brand new 349M. The two white valves are to rapidly dump all of the fresh water out of you fresh water tanks. The black valve to the rear of the trailer operates the valve for the black tank for the garage bathroom. The hose connection should be right next to the black valve handle.
