Oh ok- I understand your question now. You would think that the warranty on the chassis is contingent on no mods but I have not heard others mention it. I don't have any first hand knowledge either.
It's a good question that probably needs to be taken to Grand Design and Lippert directly. Sorry to not be a resource for you.
In case you are considering going to MORryde, this is an excellent video with before and after footage of the stock suspension versus MORryde independent suspension:

Here is some correspondence with LCI warranty. Looks like they have no issue with the undercarriage mods.
"Phil,
Installing a different type of suspension or converting your axles over to disc brakes can be done. It will not affect the warranty on the frame. We do in fact have customers change those out based on what type of performance they are looking for while towing the unit.
Thank you,

Hi Brandon,
One more question regards frames.
A lot of folks are going to Morryde to have their independent suspension and disc brake system installed on their fifth wheels.
Does that modification have any effect on the warranty on the remaining portions of the frame.
Regards,"

I spoke with Nathan@GD this week. While they don’t offer Moreryde IS as an option, they will work with a dealer to coordinate having Moreryde install the IS before delivery to the dealer. When your rig is finished being built GD will take your rig over to the Moreryde factory and have the work done and pick it up before sending it off to the dealer for final pdi and inspection and delivery. You have to arrange payment direct with Moreryde. The Moreryde IS included Kodiac disc brakes.
I have also heard Moreryde offers a 10% discount in the winter months of Dec- Feb for installs due to low customer volumes. Could be coordinated with GD for a customer order in the summer. Lead time in winter is about 4 weeks with Moreryde. But I suggest you give them a call direct to confirm all of this.

We just did this with our unit. Grand Design moved it to MORryde for us to have their IS suspension and disc brakes installed then hauled it back to Grand Design for the final PDI (ours has full body paint so they do a second PDI). We paid MORryde directly. It ships out to our dealer tomorrow. Grand Design provides this service for free which is very cool!
