    Turned it back on after 48 hours and is working fine again. But what a pain in the neck!

    More fun and games though....got home from work last night and found the furnace hadn't come on. My husband did get it to come on and it ran ok, but tody won't run at all. Going to be a chilly night. Yes we have propane. Add it to the list for Lazydays in January. The list is growing....:-(.

    I to have a Norcold Refrigerator in a Solitude 369rl and on,01-06-2015 my frig. quit working the meat in the freezer was thawed. I turned the temperature control to 9 and went to bed. This moring there was no change. Called Grand Design and they suggested that I call Norcold. I called and they were helpful in trouble shooting the problem. They suggested that I disconnect the thermostat and place an instance read in a glass of water and monitor the temperature for 24 hrs. I checked the temperature at 1 pm and it read 50 it started at 60 called Norcold back they agree that somethig else may be going on and they gave me a number for Ben's Mobile Repair in Phoenix Az. The thec. is on his way, so I will wait and see what he says.

    Thank you Janice. Our coach is currently at Lazydays Tampa and the furnace issue is on the list. We took it in January 7.

    Follow up on Original Post

    I called Ben's Mobile service and he responded out on the 7th in the afternoon and took several electrical readings and warranty information that Norcold would ask for. The following day Ben called back and said that Norcold needed some additional information and he would be out later in the day to obtain some more information. He came out in the afternoon and took pictures and measurements of the vent opening and said that he would summit this information to Norcold, this was on Friday. On Monday I called the service tech and he was still waiting to hear from Norcold. The next day I called him and he said that he heard from Norcold and they were shipping a thermocouple to replace the one that may be suspicious but they also felt that there may be a need for more baffling to better dissipate the heat and that was a GD issue. This all started on January the 7th and I'm still waiting with no different date on repair completion. We were planning to leave for California on the 20th but that idea
    Will be put on hold until the refrigerator is repaired.

    I did talk to JD and he suggested that I contact Norcold, which I did. On the 17th of January Ben's Mobile RV came out to my trailer in Scottsdale Az and was able to complete the two repairs that Norcold requested. I was also contacted on January 22nd by J Adams from Grand Design to make sure that The problem had been taken care of.
