TLC Television; please help

I have a 2020 337 Reflection. Just last week the TLC Television has gone bonkers.
Across the bottom 1/6" of the screen I get a gray bar with the following 6 icons;
Health LED
True Color
High Contrast
Superenergy efficiency
USB usb
HDMI 1

Don't know what I did but don't remember doing anything to cause this. This happens on TV or sat. Any suggestions? Thanks and regards. Ken

TLC is a cable TV channel. TCL is the TV brand. There should be a manual for the TV in the pouch that all your RV documentation came in. If that doesn't tell you what's going on, from what you've described, you've gotten into a utility menu. Have you tried "Exit?" Have you tried the menu button and just navigating to the TV input the way your normally would. Also, make sure the TV is not in the demo mode (sometimes the choices are "Location: Showroom/Home."

I think you have pressed the "menu" button on the (top/side) of the TV. It gives access to these settings.
