    No Power to Jacks

    I have no power to my jacks. My leveling box and interior lights are all out. Any suggestions?

    Battery cut-off switch in the basement got knocked by something. Happens to many of us...

    Sounds like there's no 12V power. The big red "disconnect" switch may be off, or the battery may be dead.

    If you've been away from your trailer for a while, there's a chance your battery has drained itself. Even with the battery "disconnect" switch turned off your trailer will draw a little more or less than an amp per hour from your battery to feed various things (alarms, radio, brakes) that do NOT get disconnected even when the battery "disconnect" switch is used. In a week or three your battery will be dead flat.

    If that's what has happened, to prevent it happening again disconnect at least the negative cable from the battery if you're leaving the trailer for a while.

    You were correct. Hooked a generator up and flipped the red switch.
