    Do have a generator?

Thanks. I ordered a RAM 3500 and found out today that the payload is a couple hundred pounds less than I had expected (3800). I had been looking at the Keystone Raptor which has a dry hitch weight of 3175. This doesn't leave me much to work with. I am now looking at the 351M with all the options trying to get a feel for the dry hitch weight.

This was a very similar situation I was in. I have a 2019 RAM 3500 SRW with a payload of 3940 lbs. I wanted to get the 381M but with a GVWR of 20K, I would have exceeded my tow capacity by 400 lbs. The only thing I would add if I were you is a set of airbags or timbrens. I went with the timbrens due to cost of airbags and helped tremendously with the ride while towing. Hope this helps!

Thanks. My "Max Towing" is 25,100 lbs. I ordered the truck with air suspension but it doesn't really help payload... as a matter of fact it was probably one of the items that added weight to the truck reducing payload.

I was 3240 lbs when I weighed it with a full front water tank and normal load except I didn't have the dirt bikes in the garage.

Here is something to think about with a SRW truck. I was running loaded at 7000lb rear axle (max 7k) and front at 5350-5400 for 12k+ Max SRW weight (F-350) was 11,500. Went to a DRW and truck is now about 13k with trailer axels at 12k for 25,000 lbs going down the road.
